KCES/KCJH SPIAA League Math Contest Results
On Wednesday, April 6th, Kiowa County Schools hosted the SPIAA League Math Contest for grades 4th-8th. Due to the large number of students that this event draws, Kiowa County students had the day off so that all of the rooms in the building could be used to administer the tests. Students were given tests in the following three areas.
- Mental Math
- Problem Solving
All of the tests given are timed, and students are to work as quickly as possible. The amount of time it takes for a student to finish a test is then used to break any ties that might happen.
All of the Kiowa County Students that competed in the contest did an outstanding job. Once all of the tests were completed and graded, the following students were recognized as placers at the event.
