New Process for Transcript Requests

USD 422 has adopted a new policy concerning high school transcripts. The high school office will no longer be providing this service to you, effective immediately. The district has turned this responsibility over to a company called Docufide.

Docufide provides an online transcript request process. Thanks to a new service called Secure Transcript, you can request transcripts online and have them sent directly to the colleges of your choice. All you have to do is look for the "Transcript Request" button along the right side of the school website (www.usd422.org). This button links you to the Secure Transcript site.

Secure Transcript will deliver your official school verified and approved transcript to the college and scholarship finds you need. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when each transcript is delivered. Simply follow the link on the right hand side of our site and follow the directions to make an account and order your transcript.
