KCJH Impact
Double Your Impact

The junior high students at Kiowa County Jr. High will have an opportunity again this year to develop leadership skills and make an impact on their school environment. Twelve students (four from each grade level) from the junior high will be selected to attend workshops with other schools, work on their own personal leadership skills, plan activities for the KCJH, and even potentially play a role in the student-input component of Board of Education decisions.
Students interested in joining this group will be required to fill out an application and provide a letter of recommendation from a school employee (teacher, coach, secretary, principal, etc.). Students who have completed this process will then be put on a ballot and one student will be selected by their class. The remaining three selected from each grade level will be selected by a panel of judges based on their applications and letters of recommendation.
